Brandon Driscoll, MASc

Brandon is involved many facets of QIPCM project from development and maintenance of the Image Archival and Analysis framework to the analysis of functional imaging results from multicenter trials. He is also the primary contact at QIPCM for multi-center scanner QA and validation for functional imaging including PET-CT/MR and DCE-CT.

Brandon obtained his Bachelor’s degree (B.A.Sc.) in Chemical Engineering with Software Option from the University of Waterloo in 2004. Throughout his co-op work terms Brandon gained experience in many facets of engineering from petro-chemicals and the automotive industry to computer programming. He went on to complete a Masters of Biomedical Engineering (M.A.Sc.) from the Institute of Biomaterials & Biomedical Engineering at the University of Toronto. His thesis focused on the development of an inhibitory peptide for the TGF-beta signal pathway in hematopoietic stem cells.
