Duoaud Shah, MSc.

Duoaud became a part of Techna in March 2012 when they inherited the UHN Microfabrication Centre where he is responsible for the day to day operations and research projects. He completed his B.Sc in Applied Physics at York University (2006) and his MSc. at the University of Toronto (2010) in Medical Biophysics. It was during this time that Duoaud worked heavily in the field of microfabrication and microfluidics, specifically in relation to single cell manipulation and analysis. He brings a wide knowledge base of microfabrication techniques and simulation experience to the team. Prior to being a part of Techna, Duoaud worked in industry and was responsible for research and development along with aspects of quality control in a small medical device company.
